Light a Candle
John Duncan was born in Colorado Springs, and, moved around his entire childhood as an Air Force brat. He attended Georgetown University where he earned a J.D. and later he went on to earn a Ph.D. in Economics which he put to use working in various government positions.
He never married and had no children. He is survived by one brother and two nephews.
